  • Please fill the form carefully using black pen only.
  • The application form should be filled properly and submitted to the school within seven days for the following academic year.
  • The short listed candidates will be informed after evaluating the contents in the application form along with the attached documents.
  • During the time of admission personal meeting of child/ parents with The Principal / Authorized person is mandatory to observe the kid to enable him / her to go to next level.
  • The admission offer letter will be issued immediately to the selected candidates.
  • The parents can confirm the admission of their ward in the school by paying the specified fees.
  • Admission may be considered subject to the following:-
    • Availability of seats in the school for each class.
    • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality / Tehsildar bearing the signature of the appropriate authority with stamp.
    • Pupil coming from the government recognized school with authentic transfer certificate from the previous school duly signed by the head and bearing the school stamp.
    • If a candidate from a state other than Gujarat , the T.C. to be countersigned by the appropriate education officer of that place with stamp.
    • For admission , age as on:
      1. Playgroup- above 2 years.
      2. Nursery - above 3 years.
      3. Jr.kg - above 4 years.
      4. Sr.kg - above 5 years.
      5. Std 1st - above 6 years.
  • The student should be perfectly healthy at the time of admission & he/she should not be having any contagious disease.
  • A medical fitness report of the student from the government / civil hospital is required.
  • The parents should submit the Photo copy of their address proof (Election card/ Adhar card/ ration card/ Electricity bill)
  • In case of single parents , proof of separation / custodian of child / death certificate of spouse is required.
  • In case of adoption , the copy of adoption deed is required.
  • The Principal / The Management of the school will be final authority to decide the admission.
  • Please pay fee in cash or enclosed a draft / crossed cheque along with the necessary documents mentioned above and obtained receipt.
  • The draft / cheque must be drawn in favour of " The UES Agratha Education trust".
  • Under no circumstances will the fees paid to the school be refunded or transferred if student does not attend the school or communicate his / her intention of not to.
  • The school Management reserves the right to revise the fees as and when necessary.
